Didn't love it? Wrong size? Your cat claimed it? You have 30 days from deliveryto send physical merch back. Here's exactly how it works.
Physical merch — the 30-day deal
- 30 days from the day it's delivered, unworn, unwashed, and in sellable shape.
- Email us first (contact page) with your order number — the support inbox IS the returns desk. We'll confirm and give you the ship-to address.
- You cover return shipping, unless we messed up (wrong item, defective, arrived pre-destroyed) — then the return label is on us, obviously.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. (Banks gonna bank.)
Exchanges
We keep it simple: refund + reorder. Return the thing for a refund, order the size/color you actually want. No exchange limbo where your money vanishes for three weeks.
Digital products
All sales on digital products are final.Files can't be un-downloaded — you get instant delivery, we get finality. If a file is broken or you can't access what you paid for, email us and we will fix it. That's a defect, not a return.
Gift cards
Non-refundable — but they never expire, so there's no rush and no loss. See the terms of sale.
Refunds on gift-card-paid orders
If you paid partly with a gift card, refunds go back gift card first, then to your card for the rest. Gift card value never converts to cash — that's a fraud thing, not a you thing.
The spirit of all this
We're a small operation and we'd rather keep you than keep your $28. If something about your order genuinely went sideways, tell us— we're reasonable people with a spatula-skull logo.
