Everything ships from Tennessee, USA. Here's when it leaves, what it costs, and what happens if the postal service eats it.

United States only, for now. Not in the US? Join the newsletter on the homepageand we'll holler the moment we ship to you — international is on the list, we just refuse to do it badly.
When it ships
Orders leave within 2–3 business days. That's a real promise, not a vibe — if a drop is so big we fall behind, we'll email you before you have to ask.
You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number the moment the label is scanned. Track it from your orders too.
What it costs
Rates are calculated by weight and shown at checkout, before you pay. Orders over the free-shipping threshold (when one is running — the cart will brag about it) ship free.
Digital products and gift cards never have shipping. They're made of electrons.
Lost, stolen, and eaten packages
- Lost before delivery(tracking never shows "delivered"): we re-ship or refund — your pick, once per order. Just email us.
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and your porch gremlin first, then email us — we handle these case-by-case like humans.
- Wrong address on the order: if it comes back to us, we'll re-ship once; you cover the new postage. Triple-check that apartment number, friend.
